Annual Meeting Registration Fees

Fees include scientific program materials, event transportation, Welcome Reception, Friday Dinner, two breakfasts, one lunch and all refreshment breaks.

Resident/Fellows US $150.00

Refunds: The MSTS office must receive written notification of cancellation by October 10, 2008 for a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. No refunds after October 10, 2008.
