Additional representatives may register at $500.00 per representative. Each representative registration includes admittance to the general session, two continental breakfasts, one lunch, all refreshment breaks, Welcome Reception, and Friday Dinner. All Exhibit attendants must be registered by September 30, 2008. Cancellations must be received in writing by September 30, 2008 for a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
