Additional representatives may register at $500.00 per representative. Each representative registration includes admittance to the general session, two continental breakfasts, one lunch, all refreshment breaks, Welcome Reception, and Friday Dinner. Representatives wishing to attend the Grand Ole Opry on Saturday Evening can do so for an additional fee. All Exhibit attendants must be registered by April 1, 2005. Cancellations must be received in writing by April 19, 2005 for a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
