Learning Objectives of this Webinar:
1. Describe the principles and indications for soft tissue coverage following soft tissue sarcoma resection, including the reconstructive ladder and the decision-making process for flap selection.

2. Differentiate between conventional free flaps and functional free flaps, including their respective roles in wound coverage, preservation of limb integrity, and functional restoration.
