Meeting Hotel

The Annual Meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City in Polanco.  A block of rooms has been reserved for meeting attendees at a rate of $240 per night.

The MSTS has received a benefit from the hotel that we are able to extend to international guests  staying at the hotel.  You will have 0% VAT (normally 16%) providing the following:

• Hotel guests must make sure to have their passport properly stamped by the immigration authorities and valid at least for the duration of the program. Passports are stamped by the immigration authorities upon arrival to Mexico City.  If passports are not provided, the full VAT will be charged.
• Please note: Full VAT will be charged for local program attendees.
