2026 Annual Meeting

We are excited to announce the 2026 meeting will take place October 29-31, at the JW Marriott Turnberry in Miami, Florida. Chaired by Francis Hornicek and co-chaired by Brooke Crawford and Nicola Fabbri, this year's program is shaping up to be one not to miss! 


Abstracts

Abstract submission is now open.  The submission deadline is March 31st. 

There are new guidelines and new abstract categories for the 2026 Annual Meeting. Please refer to the 2026 Abstract Submission Guidelines for details.

Registration Will Open February 15th 

Early Bird Registration: Feb 15 - May 31, 2026 (Discounted Registration Fee and Early Access to Discounted Hotel Rooms) 

Regular Registration: June 1 - Aug 31, 2026

Late Registration: Sep 1 - Oct 7, 2026

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected].  MSTS will refund the meeting registration, less a $75 cancellation fee, for written requests received on or before October 1, 2026.  No fees will be refunded after this date.


Nurse and Allied Health Professionals Symposium

A full day of education has been planned for, and by, nurses and allied health professionals.  The Nurse & Allied Health Professionals Symposium will be held on Thursday, October 29th. Attendees are asked to share this information with your nurses, NPs, PAs, OT/PT, SW, and Prosthetics and to encourage the allied health professionals on your staff to attend. Program details TBD.

Nurses are eligible to receive ANCC contact hours and Physician Associates are eligible to receive AAPA Category 1 CME credit.
